Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive coordinator to join our fast-growing AI studio. This role is ideal for someone eager to build their career in creative production and technology while supporting the studio’s leadership team. As coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and communication flows efficiently.

This is a remote position, but must be Los Angeles based. 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide general executive assistant administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Schedule meetings and manage travel 

  • Maintain Slack channels: create, name consistently, and archive when appropriate.

  • Track incoming briefs and project requests, routing them to the right team members.

  • Help organize team offsites and events.

  • Assist with Google Drive management, ensuring folders are structured and updated properly.

  • Support in-house production manager as needed.

  • Send reminders and follow up with leadership on key deadlines.

  • Oversee the company calendar, including team birthdays and holidays etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background as an executive assistant at a talent agency, production company, or advertising agency is required. 

  • Very strong organizational and communication skills.

  • A proactive problem solver who can juggle multiple priorities. Strong research skills are a must.

  • Comfort with digital tools and collaborative platforms including the full Google suite, Slack and ability to learn new tools as needed.

  • Interest in creative production, technology, or AI industries.
